Neko Album Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Neko Album. By downloading, accessing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Neko Album is an on-device photo cleanup and compression application. The app provides tools for reviewing, organizing, compressing, and managing photo library content locally on your device.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Neko Album for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring that you have the legal right to use and manage the content stored in your photo library.
• Reviewing your cleanup, deletion, compression, or replacement actions before confirming them.
• Maintaining your own backups where necessary.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Neko Album offers optional paid memberships through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, payment processing, subscription renewal, trial eligibility, refunds, and redemption services are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's terms and policies.

Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the rules of the App Store. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

5. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Neko Album at any time, including free features, paid features, pricing, subscription structure, and membership benefits.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the application in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the application beyond the scope permitted by law.
• Use the application in a manner intended to exploit, disrupt, or circumvent paid feature restrictions.

7. Disclaimer

Neko Album is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, media, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Neko Album.

9. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must cease using the application.

10. Governing Terms

To the extent required by Apple, your use of the application is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and App Store rules.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If material changes are made, the effective date shown above will be updated accordingly.
