Neko Album Privacy Policy

Neko Album is an on-device photo cleanup and compression application. We do not collect personal data through our own servers, do not track users across apps or websites, and do not sell user data.

1. Information We Collect

Neko Album does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our own servers. The application does not require account registration, and we do not operate a backend service for user profile management.

2. Photos and Videos

If you grant access to your photo library, Neko Album will process photos and videos locally on your device solely for the purpose of providing cleanup, organization, and compression functionality. Your media content is not uploaded to our servers.

3. Tracking

Neko Album does not engage in user tracking, cross-app tracking, or cross-site tracking, and does not use advertising identifiers for behavioral advertising or profiling purposes.

4. Analytics and Advertising

Neko Album does not display advertising and does not integrate third-party analytics services for the purpose of collecting user behavior data.

5. In-App Purchases

Neko Album offers optional paid memberships through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment processing, billing, subscription renewal, and redemption services are provided by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for advertising, profiling, or resale purposes. Because we do not operate our own user data collection service, we do not maintain a user dataset for such activities.

7. Data Retention

Because Neko Album does not collect personal data on our servers, we do not maintain a server-side retention policy for personal information. Application preferences and temporary processing data remain on your device unless removed by you, the operating system, or the application's own cleanup logic.

8. Children’s Privacy

Neko Album is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If material changes are made, the effective date shown above will be updated accordingly.
